In any exceptional case if we have to issue a refund it may take up to 21 working days to process the refund. The refunded transaction reflect in your statement is subject to your Bank/Card's terms.
If you have availed any of our festival or any other offers and purchased the subscription on discounted rates you are not at all eligible to claim any refunds.
